Soul Support Coordination utilises a robust system of feedback, review, and development to ensure that the policies, procedures, and practices, best support my/our clients and staff.

I am consistently refining these policies to ensure that they:

  • Meet the needs of my/our clients, their families, our communities, and the environment
  • Corresponds with my/our values and standards
  • Follows the industries best practice and evidence
  • Upholds the legislation, regulator, and all legal requirements

As a business, when I review all the various policies, procedures, and practices, I like to involve as many people as I/we can, particularly encouraging clients, their families, our members, the local community, and industry experts.

Soul Support Coordination encourages all clients, staff and stakeholders to be able to exercise their ability to lodge a complaint or provide feedback.

I/we embrace the opportunity to hear your thoughts and feedback, so I/we can address any complaints. Throughout this process I/we will focus on strengthening and enhancing my/our relationship with you.

I/we promote absolute continuous improvement and maintain that it is essential in improving the quality of my/our services.

It is essential for any person using or engaging in my/our services or who are affected by the operations of Soul Support Coordination (SSC) – know that you/they have the right to lodge a complaint, or to appeal any decision which may have been made by myself or other staff member of SSC”.
